the location is the only decent thing about this place, but missing shoes and horrible stair access were just the tip of the iceberg. after such inconveniences, I expected a complimentary gesture, yet nothing came my way. I almost considered a good review, but this experience left me fuming.

Staff provided excellent baggage storage before check-in and after checkout, enhancing convenience. However, getting to the room involved navigating narrow stairs without an elevator, which proved challenging with heavy luggage. The nights can get quite loud due to nearby street activity, making it hard to get a peaceful rest. Overall, a decent choice for a short family stay if you can manage the stairs and noise.

the location of baixa guesthouse is just superb, right next to the tram station and close to all major landmarks! the room was clean, and the bathroom was nice. the staff was super helpful, letting us store our bags before check-in and after check-out. perfect for a family stay!

I really loved the location. it was just a brief walk to Rossio Square and close to public transport. The room was kept tidy every day, and the friendly staff saved the day by letting us store our bags before check-in and after check-out. However, be ready for some late-night noise, especially if your room is near the entrance.

The location is truly fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city, just a 2-minute walk from Rossio Square. The clean room was a nice bonus, and having a private bathroom was a relief. Plus, the friendly staff was really helpful throughout my stay, making the experience much smoother.

Excellent place with its free wi-fi, tv, and non-smoking hotel. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a place to exchange money, which I really appreciated. I’m coming back for a weekend.
